4. Process for Accessing Information
To request access to records held by Kerri Scully Physiotherapy, please follow these steps:
1. Submit a written request on the prescribed form (Form C) available at Kerri Scully Physiotherapy or on the website of the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC).
2. Clearly specify the records requested and provide sufficient detail to enable the identification of the records.

7. Review and Amendments
This manual will be reviewed and updated as required to ensure compliance with PAIA and any relevant legislative changes. Amendments to the manual will be communicated appropriately.
8. Enforcement of Rights
Any person who believes their rights under PAIA have been infringed may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator in accordance with the procedures prescribed by PAIA.
